Barcelona President-elect Joan Laporta has promised a new contract for German manager Hansi Flick after winning Sunday’s election decisively. Laporta gained nearly 70% of the vote and was in attendance at Camp Nou during Barcelona's 5-2 victory over Sevilla.

Laporta emphasized his confidence in Deco's continued role as Director of Football and hinted at imminent announcements that will confirm ongoing stability within the club’s management structure.
