Inter have reached an agreement with Hajduk Split for Croatian wunderkind Branimir Mlacic, but the transfer is still awaiting final approval from the player’s camp. Despite successful club-to-club negotiations, Mlacic and his family still need to make a last decision about the move.

The player's father has previously shown a preference for clubs like Como or Borussia Dortmund where the path to first-team football might be more immediate. While Inter has met the financial and technical demands, they must now wait for the family to give the final green light.
