Rémi Himbert, at just 18 years old, has signed his first professional contract with Olympique Lyonnais after breaking into the first team. Despite the addition of Endrick on loan from Real Madrid, Himbert has proven his potential under manager Paulo Fonseca amid a forward lineup crisis.

Himbert has already made 10 appearances for the first team this season, scoring three goals across different competitions, with a standout performance in the Coupe de France which earned him his professional debut shortly thereafter. His contract extends until the summer of 2028.
