Elche are closing in on the signing of unwanted 25-year-old Manchester United player Tyrell Malacia after talks over a loan deal. The Dutch star is unwanted at Old Trafford and could seek a move to the Spanish side to get back to his best after two injury-ravaged campaigns.

 

Manchester United have many key high-profile stars that they would like to get rid of before the transfer deadline in a few days. Jadon Sancho, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hojlund and Tyrell Malacia are all part of that list, with the latter now able to find a solution over an exit from the club. Malacia was told a while back that he’s not part of Ruben Amorim’s plans moving forward, and was even expected to leave around the January window.
