Still, his performances at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with Senegal have put him under the spotlight, attracting attention this month. With his contract at the Principality club set to expire at the end of the season, he is unlikely to sign an extension. 

Galatasaray, Besiktas, Fenerbahce, and Trabzonspor have expressed interest in bringing him in, as clubs in the Turkish top flight are keen to include the Senegal international winger into their ranks this month. Additionally, unnamed English clubs are also considering making a move to secure Diatta's signature, recognizing his ability to play in various roles on the field.
