Girona remain at the bottom of La Liga standings after a 4-0 defeat at home against Levante. The hosts were reduced to ten men after Axel Witsel was sent off in the 30th minute for a second yellow card. Things got worse for Girona as Vitor Reis was also dismissed just a minute into the second half.

 

Levante took full advantage with goals from Carlos Alvarez, Ivan Romero, and Goduine Koyalipou to secure a memorable victory for the Valencian side.
